SATURDAY, 25th FEB 2006, ST MICHAEL'S SCHOOL

DO I HAVE TO SING?
The first question people are asking! No, you do not have to sing or perform in any way if you come along. Most people coming will be only involved in the more serious audience-related activities such as dancing, drinking and shouting "Go on Colin!".
2005: DID IT REALLY HAPPEN?
Oh yes. We have photos.
STARS IN YOUR EYES?
As before, we are looking for other mums, dads or staff who would like to take part. Don't worry, the standard is NOT going to be very high. You can sing, play an instrument or have something special (juggling? pole dancing?) to add to the evening, and The Receders will be your backing group. It's huge fun! After last year, there were quite a few who'd wished they'd taken part! Take a look at the song list below.

FULL METAL RACKET
If you are interested in performing, or know someone that should be encouraged to sing, please speak to Iain Boyd (07967 555 946) or email comm@maplescombe.com. But please do it soon, as we need to try and nail down the playlist some time ahead of the night.

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT
The event has been set for Saturday 25th February, so keep that date free. Tickets are on sale from your class rep. or directly from Shelly Goldring (07703 310 301). Alternatively you can download a booking slip and send it in to the office, and tickets will be magically delivered to you.

PLAYLIST
These are the songs that we can more or less play from beginning to end. If you would like to have a go at singing one of them, or you happen to know the guitar or sax solo than please get in contact. We can provide you with lyrics, an MP3, make sure the key is okay for you, and there will be an opportunity for a run through (or two) before the big night.

By the way, we're not planning to play ALL this lot. We'd be there all night...

MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR DONATIONS
Having added up and announced our grand total for the night, we put all funds through a CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) account which will boost the total by at least 28%.

In addition, we are exploring the possibilities of matched funding from various sources. If you are connected with any discretionary fund and think you could help match our fundraising, then please get in touch.
